Attached Handles - Plastic Snap

This handle typically is attached to a plastic bag and has a snap-together feature built into the handle frames. These frames run almost the full width of the bag's two sides, thus distributing the load. The snaps help keep the handle straight. When the handles bend, they concentrate the load more around the actual handhold area.

The handles are often glued or welded to the bag's materials. Failure can come when the handle pulls loose from the bag's two sides.
